This is such an incredible inkjet printer for the price – especially for a cartridge free model that’ll save you so much money on ink. This is exclusively what I use for my sticker business and the prints are quite impressive (in my opinion). It’s rear feed and can handle printable vinyl!
Guillotine Paper Cutter
If you’re wanting to save money by producing your own backers and other packaging, you’ll love having this heavy duty cutter in your space. It slices through 400 sheets (roughly 1.5″ of material). The heavy duty clamp puts even pressure across the entire cut area for even cutting.
MUNBYN Thermal Printer
Save lots of money on ink, and time too by using a thermal printer for your shipping labels. You can print directly from Etsy, and other online shipping tools. You can also print stickers for packaging this way since it’s compatible with a wide variety of thermal paper sizes and shapes.
Clear Acrylic Organizer
These fit super well in Ikea Alex drawers and comfortably fit 3″ wide stickers, making them an excellent way to organize stocked stickers and have them at arm’s reach. It’s an excellent solution if you don’t have on-top desk space for storage drawer containers.
Organization Drawers
I really like these if you have the desk or floor space because they are stackable! If you purchase this particular setup, you’ll have space for your smaller stickers as well as your larger (like 3″ on the short side) sized stickers. You can fit two 3″x3″ stickers in the larger drawers.

Seriously the BEST printable vinyl for Inkjet printers. It’s affordable, dries quickly, and produces vibrant stickers that are durable and stick (in a good way!)
Oraguard 215 Laminate
The most forgiving and budget friendly laminate (especially when buying ink bulk). It’s easy to work with self-laminate, and holds up well to the elements so you can confidentely make water resistant stickers.
VVIVID Laminate
Thick, crystal clear, self-adhesive laminate for a gorgeous and glossy finish. It’s UV Resistant and will make your stickers water resistant. This is a great option if you need next day Amazon Prime.
Holo Printable Vinyl
Holo lovers rejoice… this Inkjet compatible printable vinyl was designed to be waterproof, anti-sunlight, and resistant to breaking effects.
Holographic Overlay

AZAZA Kraft Enveloes
You don’t necessarily need anything fancy or thicker than some plain envelopes for most orders. I like these in particular because they are sturdy, a bit thicker, and not at all see-through.
Cellophane Bags
I like getting mine from ClearBags.com because they do a lot of sales and they ship super fast! They also offer some eco-friendly options if that’s important to you and your brand.
Shipping Scale
You might not think you need it, but you can yourself lots of money by knowing exactly how much postage to buy for your sticker orders. This way, you don’t waste envelopes because you get th postage right the first time.
Thermal Labels
Stop paying for labels and get a huge box of 6,000 thermal labels from UPS for FREE! Seriously, it will save you so much money and you can use them even if you aren’t shipping via UPS.
Rigid Mailers
These offer a little more protection and can hold more stickers per mailer. I especially like that you can send them like a regular envelope if you increase the postage to non-machinable pricing.
Temporary Adhesive
This is a really easy to use applicator that provides you with a temporary adhesive so you can attach your stickers to a backer (if you want to) without fear of the sticker being damaged when it’s removed.
5x8 Bubble Mailer
I like this particular size because you can still fit a 4″x6″ Thank you card inside. Bubble Mailers offer a different type of protection and can be sent as packages for you international orders.
Round Thermal Labels
You can dress up your envelopes for super cheap by printing little thank you messages or your logo on round thermal labels. You won’t even have to waste any ink! These come in lots of different colors.
4x6 Cardstock
If you prefer to print your own thank you cards or sticker backers, this is a really great deal. You don’t necessarily need really heavy cardstock – just something that gets the point across!
